Maria has over 18 years of experience in executive search including 10 years as a consultant in the banking practice with Ward Howell in Moscow and 6 years as a lead consultant and partner with a major international search firm in London. Maria started her career at Alfa Bank in Moscow. She has a diploma with distinction from the Russian Finance Academy and an MBA from Chicago Booth School of Business.
